Chilli Prawn Pizza

  • Thin pizza base (22cm approx)
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 4-6 extra large or 10-12 medium green prawns, shelled and deveined
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 fresh red chilli, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 30g pizza cheese
  • Handful baby rocket leaves
  • Ground black pepper to taste


Step 1
Add garlic, onion and chilli to olive oil and panfry for one minute.

Step 2
Add prawns and cook for a further two minutes (turning once) or until prawns have just changed colour.

Step 3
Evenly spread the pizza sauce over the base and top with the prawn mixture and cheese. Add ground black pepper to taste.
Cook on a preheated pizza stone for 20 minutes.

Step 4
When cooked, dress with baby rocket leaves.
